Josh Harrison and Andrew McCutcheon of the Pittsburgh Pirates celebrate a win last Sunday in Milwaukee. |
The joys of summer. Just a happy looking image.
Pittsburgh is off to a pretty good start — 31-27, one game out of first place in the NL Central — even though it has scored 20 fewer runs than anybody in baseball.
As I recall, the Pirates were doing well last season into July, and then things fell apart on them. I'm rooting for them; it's a great ballpark, and it's been too long since they've had any success.
